CrossFit Arena is Springwood's premier training facility for Group training and Personal Training. We are committed to achieving excellence in everyone who walks through our doors, regardless of age, exercise history, into the best shape of their lives and achieving real results.
The environment and atmosphere is unique and very different to a commercial gym. We provide top level education in nutrition, mobility, and rehab exercises. We have chalk, we make noise, we know everyone by name, we sweat, we strain, we laugh and we train hard. It is a great place to be!

Put simply, CrossFit is a training program that prepares you for whatever life can throw at you. Workouts are short and intense, and incorporate elements of olympic weighlifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, skipping, and bodyweight calisthenics.
CrossFit is designed to be universally scalable, allowing everyone to participate regardless of experience, age, skill or fitness level. The program works for elite athletes, professional fighters, recreational sportspeople, business professionals and housewives.
Fitness in 100 words.
"Ëat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intakes to levels that support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, Clean and Jerk, Snatch. Similarly master the basics of gymnastics: pull ups, dips, rope climbs, push ups, sit ups, presses to handstand, pirouttes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, etc ,hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. We have an awesome team of trainers that specialise in coaching CrossFit. Our Coaches are dedicated CrossFitters and specialise in coaching the CrossFit method, utilising the necessary skills and experience required to effectively teach Crossfit in a group environment. We are committed to giving you the highest standard of Coaching, to ensure you continuously improve and be the best you can be!
We believe that CrossFit coaching is very different to Personal Training or Bootcamp, so we only employ trainers that are dedicated to the CrossFit method, and that have the necessary skills and experience to effectively coach CrossFit in a group environment. Importantly, we believe that CrossFit trainers should lead by example. Our trainers are seasoned CrossFitters and are expected to “walk the walk”.

The Arena is situated on the corner of Herbert Street and Unit 1/50 Randall Street, Slacks Creek 4127, just off Moss Street and in the hub of Springwood.
