Darren Craig started CrossFit 12 weeks ago with very limited overhead mobility. He struggled to take anything overhead without pain in his shoulders and was unable to perform a overhead squat with a broomstick upon initial assessment. Darren has been following a personalized program specific to his needs, to restore his shoulder and thoracic mobility. Over the past 12 weeks he has averaged a minimum of 3 CrossFit Group Sessions and 3 extra training sessions targeting his shoulder mobility. Results don't come easy and you have to work hard with no excuses to achieve what you want. Great work DJ.
