EMOTM for 10 minutes perform:
3 Power Snatch

then,

Complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
1 Round of “Cindy”
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
then,
1 Clean and Jerk 60kg (40kg)
Always do 1 Round of “Cindy” each round. Increment the Clean and Jerk by 1 rep each round.
Eg: 1 Round of Cindy, 1 Clean and Jerk, 1 Round of Cindy, 2 Clean and Jerks, 1 Round of Cindy, 3 Clean and Jerks and so on… Score equals total accumulated Clean and Jerk reps only.
