“Death by Handstand Push Ups
With a continuously running clock do one handstand push up in the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third minute…. continue on as long as you are able to make the minute. Use as many sets as needed each minute.


Complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
30 Double Unders
10 Box Jump Overs 30”(26”)
